Works well. Not a ton of features, but tells you what you need to know and provides quick access for paying bills, adding travel features, and checking data use.
Impossible to find better for the price and service than KOODO !
I would like to see clearer details of my billing on the monthly statement...
Ive joined Koodo after many years with rogers and fido and I love it better than both.
App is great, working as expected and better than his competitors.
Koodo Self Serve works so perfect I never have no problems with logging in
Some bad moments
Needs to be more functional. Current iteration just serves to provide usage info. Cant make account changes.
App never works and I cant reach app support. Very frustrating.
All i want to do is pay my phone bill. im constantly having problems logging on to this app, and/or having it work properly. Now ive got to go out and pay it at a booth.
The app takes too long to load simple information like usage data. Using iPhone 6s. Recommend that developers use pre-fetch.
Been in so many countries and this is so far the worst mobile network service provider ever had. Billings and payments are are not updated. Am happy with Koodo but not with their self service app
After you login to the app, and go to bill payment, you get transferred to what appears to be their website and have to log in again. Never had to do that before. Makes the app kind of useless. Please fix ASAP.
