The only thing I would change is that your bill payment shows just like it does on koodomobile.com that way I wouldnt have to use both to figure out what myself and my bf owe on our bills

I love the application ssssssssssoooooooooooooooooooo much,I dont have any negative feedback,only positive.and those of you who are not sure about going with Koodo go with them.the service they offer are super good.
App doesnt show my actual plan shows usage or fees that arent real reads lower amount of minutes that I have and refuses to update itself sadly waiting for a fix

Very easy to use; definitely convenient. Only at times does the App not allow you to conduct transactions. Overall, handy to have.
Then first thing is can you guys make the app optimizable for iPhone 5 (bigger screen). Another issue is when you remember your email and pass for the app it will not show the usage as you sign in, it will show an error and to see the usage you would have to sign out and sign in again which time-consuming and frustrating!
This app does not help you to track your usage at all.
Usage should be updated more often, and when I want to see it a lot of the time says "Error, we are unable to process your request, please verify the information and try again" and it was possible to checked it 3 minutes before, the same with billing information. Fix it. And keep it updated
