Wanted to use while traveling in CA to monitor data usage... Cant login invalid username or password - full prepaid self service site works just fine for me

Not impressed since many times we get the error message when trying to see our data info... Do something to fix this please, it is annoying.

This App consistently delivers error messages when attempting to retrieve current user data, VERY Aggravating ! Stronger linking between app and enterprise client database must be implemented to reestablish our confidence in this app to even deliver basic client realtime information.

I can login online from my computer, but it wont let me login on this app

Registration flow is a non-responsive web view. Forgot password button links to an faq page with no way to reset password. Keyboard blocks the submit button on most forms. Generally a poorly thought out app. Website works better than the app.

Long response time. Many functions require you to call.
